So today, inspired by a neat Instagram trick, I had a go at spreading a panoramic image across three Instagram posts, so that when you look at my profile/gallery, you see the whole image across three 'posts'. Pretty sweet. This is achieved by cropping the image (see below) into three separate squares. So when you post the three consecutively, you end up with the whole image again, only separated by the spacers between images in the grid.

Here's the full image as it was originally stitched. This is done using Lightroom to stitch together a series of images made panning from left to right. I had taken this shot after ascending from Edale all the way up Grindsbrook Clough - it's the path up the valley you can see! A worthwhile slog for the end result and a beautiful day besides.
